Delivery
Order by 12pm Tuesday to Friday for same day delivery and by 9am on Saturday.
Please note we do not deliver on Sunday, Monday and Public Holiday’s.
Minimum website spend $60.00 plus delivery.
We deliver to Canberra, Queanbeyan, Tralee, Googong (township) and Jerrabomberra.
Please call us for delivery to other locations not listed above as they incur additional delivery charges.
To ensure your delivery gets to the right person, please ensure the delivery address and contact number for the recipient are complete and correct. We cannot accept responsibility when incorrect or incomplete information is provided. Our drivers always try to deliver in person, if the recipient is not home, or doesn't answer the door their delivery will be left in a safe place out of the weather. If we deem it is unsafe to leave the flowers and we cannot contact the customer or recipient on numbers provided it will be returned to our store and additional charges may apply for return, and any reattempt of delivery.
Refund Policy
Flowers with Love go to great lengths to source the very best flowers and products for our customers. Flowers are perishable and a flowers life span is dependent on the variety, season, environment and care, resulting in varied life spans for different flowers.
Flower availability is dependent on seasonality and market availability. As a result, not all goods produced are exactly as pictured on www.flowerswithlove.com.au, and by accepting these terms and conditions you are acknowledging there may be material differences between images and produced goods.
You can generally expect your flowers to last 3-7 days provided they are cared for correctly.
5 steps that will help your flowers to last as long as possible:
Stems should be cut on an angle (in or under running water if possible) as soon as you receive the flowers and placed into a vase full of fresh water.
Ensure the vase that is used is clean and filled full with fresh water
Always keep an eye on the water levels and change the water completely every two days
Keep the flowers out of direct sunlight
Keep the flowers away from drafts, air-conditioning and heaters
If you are not entirely happy with our service, quality of flowers or gifts delivered, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery and provide a photo, and we will happily discuss replacement or store credit.
